This year, there will be 5 aerial art pieces. San Francisco kicked it off at Ocean Beach on May 19th with 560 kids taking part in the 18th Annual Kids Ocean Day Adopt-A-Beach Cleanup. The LA and San Diego events will take place June 2nd.
Huntington Beach and Humboldt will be the week of June 6th. This year, the theme of the aerial art was:

On June 9th, 900 students cleaned the beach and removed invasive plants on the South Spit in Humboldt County.
