The week of May 27th, 2010, over 8,000 kids converged on California's beaches to
take part in the 17th Annual Kids Ocean Day Adopt-A-Beach Cleanup.
This year, the theme of the aerial art was:

Sustain Life on our Water Planet

They removed litter and created aerial art at the following locations:

SAN DIEGO COUNTY

1200 kids at Coronado Beach on May 27th

LOS ANGELES
"Sustain Life on our Water Planet"
5,000 kids at Dockweiler State Beach on May 27th

SAN FRANCISCO

600 Bay Area students at Ocean Beach on May 27th

Orange County
"Sustain Life on our Water Planet"
750 kids at Bolsa Chica State Beach on May 26th

Humboldt County
